The Technology

Our surfboard production prioritizes environmental friendliness without compromising performance or weight. We use a strong 3D printed structure for strength and durability and biodegradable Light weight PLA filament for 3D printing the inner core.
After the core is done we Laminate the Blank with 4+4 oz on the bottom and 4+6 oz on top.
Our goal is to provide high-quality, sustainable options that align with surfers' values and contribute to a greener future. The Feel/Flex and the weight of our boards can be compared with an Pu Poly surfboard but stronger thanks to the Epoxy resin and the core construction.

 PLA Filament

PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament is considered to be more eco-friendly compared to other types of 3D printer filaments. PLA is derived from renewable resources such as cornstarch or sugarcane, making it a biodegradable and compostable material. It has a much lower carbon footprint a than a PU or EPS foam surfboard core.

3D Modeling and Printing

We use cutting-edge 3D modeling software to design the shape of the surfboard. Considering factors like buoyancy and structural integrity. The 3D printer then precisely builds the core layer by layer, following the design specifications.

Air Valve System

The Gore-Tex valve system in the surfboard enables efficient air circulation, regulating internal pressure and preventing damage from pressure differences. The valve uses membrane technology to circulate air while keeping water out. If water enters the board, the valve can be unscrewed to facilitate drainage and drying of the interior.
