My name is Eric Rutjes and I have always enjoyed creating and designing various things. I love working with my hands and have a passion for making furniture and shaping surfboards. In addition to my creative pursuits, I am also passionate about windsurfing, surfing, and wing-foiling.

I have even pursued windsurfing semi professionally, which allowed me to further develop my skills on the water. My love for these sports runs deep as I grew up in an entrepreneurial family with a strong focus on surfing. My father, Coen Rutjes, was involved in boat building, had a surf shop, and was a surf coach for the Dutch national team.

I am also fortunate to have a wonderful partner, my wife, who is also a former professional windsurfer. Together, we have two beautiful children, which further connects our family to the surf culture and lifestyle.

Through my experiences and background, I am able to combine my passions with my creative skills.
I continue to challenge myself to take on new projects and expand my knowledge and abilities. I am excited about what the future holds and I look forward to continue my love for creating and designing in surfsports.
