Warranty

At our company, we take immense pride in the exceptional quality of our work. However, in the unlikely event that you find yourself dissatisfied with the board's quality, we encourage you to inform us promptly. All our boards are accompanied by a limited 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser, and any resale of the product will void the warranty.

It is important to understand that certain circumstances are excluded from the warranty coverage. This includes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by impacts such as hard landings on the water. While our boards are constructed to be highly durable, we cannot guarantee protection against excessive jumping, powerful waves, or fin box damage from hitting the bottom. 

Before initiating the return process, we kindly request that you reach out to us first. This will allow us to assess the issue and establish the appropriate procedure in advance. We value your satisfaction and are committed to resolving any concerns you may have.

Please do not put the boards in the hot summer sun for to long, or in a hot car. This can cause the epoxy to get flexible en can damage the shape. The maximum temperature for epoxy is around 55C or 130F. In case you did put it in the hot sun...Just let the board cool of in the shade.

Repairs

If you own a Print Board, you have greatly reduced the chances of damaging or breaking it. However, in the event that it does happen. we are here to support you. Our boards can be repaired just like any other EPOXY surfboard. It is crucial to use EPOXY resin and nothing else for the repair. When seeking professional ding repair services, ensure that they will use EPOXY on your board.
